Hanging on by a thread at best. It was very bad down there.
We were all connected whether we wanted it or not. I've been in partial transformation since we entered - all of us were from the feedback - and nothing made it completely go away.
Hard to tell. I don't directly feel everyone like I did but it's not like I can't tell. Partial transformations are still in effect but it's possible fucking might actually make it go away this time.
I'm still void-crazy. My sister would like me to tell you to fuck off and stop getting in the way with our girl. I have told her repeatedly that since she's not actually here and just the Void baiting me, she doesn't get a say and Alina wouldn't like her anyway.
Babs was from a branch family, a prince in his own right. He was selected to be a Cavalier- a necromancer's sworn sword- when he was born. He probably had the blood on his lips before he left the cradle.
When my sister and I were born, he was placed to be our cavalier. When he wasn't training or at lessons, he was by our sides. He wasn't formally assigned to us until we were twelve, he was fourteen, and that's when we took our oaths. One Flesh, One End.
He was an excellent Cavalier and fulfilled his role perfectly.
Thank you. He fulfilled his duty. I still feel his presence to this day.
Grisha don't seem to suffer from the physical frailties adepts do. Necromancy takes a toll on the body. If you ever met my sister, you'd understand as we are identical twins, but few would believe it at first.
Guessing on timing
timing is whatever we want (this works)

And you? Did you emerge from those caves unscathed?

Have the other effects lingered?

Coronabeth is my sister. Twin sister. Babs was my cavalier.

I'm sorry.
Does the Void speak to you with her voice as well?

"Babs" was a guy. That's just the nickname my sister and I gave him. It's so weird to hear people refer to him by his actual name.

Were you raised together, alongside your sister?

It means our lives are tied together. An adept/cavalier pair are a singular unit. Socially. Martially.

I'm sorry he was lost to you.

Will she dislike me as much as the Void seems to think she will?

Give her what she wants and you'd get along just fine. Though I doubt you'd find her intellectually stimulating.
