I've always believed that a god was just an extremely powerful being that could perform works vastly beyond the capacity of others, with a very good PR team, that limited their contact with the common person. By that definition, she is one.

Most assuredly she's not here by choice. I wouldn't be surprised if she was banished. She certainly doesn't want to stay here.
